IMMAC Acquires Beechpark Nursing Home
7th September 2020 – IMMAC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Beechpark Elderly Care Facility, located in Kildare.
Beechpark will be operated by the Beechfield Care Group, acquired by IMMAC in December 2017.
IMMAC is one of Europe’s leading investors in the healthcare sector, with €1.65 bn under investment, in 154 nursing homes and 12,500 beds accross Germany, Austria, and Ireland.
IMMAC Capital Ireland is headed up by experienced Healthcare CEO, Noel Boyle.
Speaking about the acquisition, Noel Boyle said:
“The addition of Beechpark increases IMMAC’s Irish nursing home portfolio to 312 residential beds accross five facilities, all of which are based in Dublin and Kildare. This is a further significant step in the execution of our strategy to build a group of scale in the Irish nursing home market sector. We continue to review a number of opportunities across the sector and we anticipate further additions to our fast growing group.
IMMAC entered the Irish nursing home sector with the acquisition of the Beechfield Care Group, incorporating Beechfield Manor Nursing Home in Shankill, Glengara Park Nursing Home in Glenageary and Mount Hybla Nursing Home in Castleknock and has now added St. Gabriels in Raheny and Beeechpark in Kildare.”
